We are currently accepting orders for whole or half lamb for customers within the state
of Iowa. We will also have the following cuts available early in 2012. Please feel free to
place your order now to assure availability (see pricing table below):

- Shoulder Roasts (Boneless)
- Leg-O-Lamb Roasts (Boneless)
- Shanks (2 per package)
- Ground Seasoned Lamb
- Ground Lamb
- Lamb Summer Sausage
We also offer ground “variety” (liver, kidney, heart, brains, tongue) which makes a
wonderful protein supplement for your pet. (At Dalla Terra Ranch we don’t waste
anything!)
