Many folks today have dietary restrictions driven by personal choice or health concerns. I love to garden, raise healthy protein and most of all to cook with my family and friends. So when my dietary choices became limited I challenged myself to be creative and re-invent some of my favorite foods. Please enjoy these recipes; many are “8-free” (top 8 allergen free) and others are gluten-free, dairy free, or a combination. We also try to provide suggestions for ingredient substitutions.
